Our regulatory position
We are currently developing our payment technology infrastructure and evaluating partnerships with licensed financial institutions. Regulated payment services, where applicable, will be provided only through appropriately authorized entities and structures.
Goatify is not a bank, a licensed payment institution, an electronic money institution or an authorized acquirer, and does not hold, receive, move or settle customer funds.
